Sunrise Photoshoot
There will be an "impromptu" sunrise photoshoot on Sunday 29th January on the cliffs next to Newhaven Fort. Anyone wanting to come along and contribute to, and learn from, others' knowledge are welcome. I hope to book the church hall for an evening so that we can then work on some post-processing techniques to enhance the images.
This is the last weekend (until next winter) that the sun will be rising (get The Photographer's Ephemeris, it's free!) between the harbour wall and Seaford Head, so I'm hoping for some decent weather. Sunrise is at 7:40, and first light 7:04, so I plan to be there at 6:45.
Update: I have checked out the car parking, and unfortunately the cap park is locked overnight. I doubt it will be open at 7am, so it will probably be best to park next to the playing fields just north of the fort. It's not too long a walk to the cliffs through the park.
