Projected Digital Image Competition Rules
General Projected Digital Image Competition Rules
- All Digital Image Files must received by the end of the Tuesday preceeding the competition.
You must eMail them to competitions@seafordphotosoc.co.uk
- The eMail must contain only image(s) for one member.
- Not more than two digital image per person per competition or as decided by the Committee.
- All entries to be resized to a maximum of 1024 pixels wide by 768 pixels high.
- Digital files must be "jpg" format
- Digital Image files names must be named using the photographers name and image title separated with a '#'.
For example
'Tim King#Seven Sisters.jpg' - Projected Digital Images may be used only once in a league competition but may be entered into specialist projected digital image competitions.
- Projected Digital Images must not be entered into any of the print competitions.
Projected Digital Image League
- The general Projected Digital Image rules apply.
- There will be three classes - Beginners, Intermediate and Advanced.
- The eMail containing the images must have the class (Beg/Int/Adv) to which the photographer belongs.
- New members will decide in which class they wish to compete and must remain in that class for the season.
- Beginners and Intermediate classes achieving 90% or more must move to the next class in the following season.
Projected Digital Image Of The Year
- The general Projected Digital Image rules apply.
- All entries into this competition must have been entered into another Projected Digital Image competition during the current season.
Candid People Projected Digital Image
- The general Projected Digital Image rules apply.
- All entries should be of an unposed subject.
Abstract Projected Digital Image
- The general Projected Digital Image rules apply.
- The society's definition of "Abstract" is: the art of patterns or shapes and form and colour representing reality.
Transport Projected Digital Image
- The general Projected Digital Image rules apply.
- Entries should depict any form of transport.
Set Subject Projected Digital Image
- The general Projected Digital Image rules apply.
- The set subject selected by the committee for the 2010-2011 season is "Light".
